In this tutorial, I'm going to show you how to bridge AVAX to MOVR (bridge from Avalanche to Moonriver) quickly and cheaply!

There are multiple steps involved if you want to bridge from AVAX to MOVR, so make sure to follow this guide closely all the way to the end.

You will need everything below to make this work:

1. You need some AVAX on your Avalanche-enabled Metamask wallet. You can get some AVAX at Coinbase and send it cheaply to your MM wallet. Use my affiliate link to setup a Coinbase account and get free $5/btc to start: https://bit.ly/3ktRqcX

2. You need the Moonriver chain setup on Metamask, here's a tutorial (Scroll down to "Connect Metamask"): https://docs.moonbeam.network/builder...

You will also need a tiny bit of MOVR for gas, you can buy at Kucoin or other exchanges.

3. Now that you have AVAX, you'll swap it for WAVAX. You will use Traderjoe to Wrap Avax (wAVAX): https://traderjoexyz.com/#/trade

4. Now you'll need to crosschain transfer your Avax to Moonriver using RelayChain: https://app.relaychain.com/transfer#/...

(Important: there is a fee at this step of .15 AVAX. Set the current chain to Avalanche, and destination chain to Moonriver). Perform an approve txn to use your WAVAX, and a send transaction to transfer to Moonriver.

5. Next, you will be swapping your AVAX to MOVR at Solarbeam.io It may take some time for your AVAX to show up on your Moonriver wallet, so be patient and check in 10 minutes if it's being slow.

Once ready, swap from AVAX to MOVR: https://app.solarbeam.io/exchange/swap
