How to use LinkedIn to find a feminist job

*Updated info: I no longer use the 'open to work' feature - I've learned a lot in the last few months and the general consensus seems to be that it doesn't help as recruiters aren't searching for people specifically out of work, they're searching for anyone so it doesn't make you stand out from the crowd. But also that it may hinder you as people want people who are in demand and having this on your profile puts you in a vulnerable position as you're showing that you're potentially not in demand. Silly but also human psychology. So, I no longer recommend doing this.

I’m showing you how to find a feminist job using LinkedIn and no, you’re not just searching for jobs in the Jobs section - these are things that I do every day that just broaden your scope and open you up to all the different opportunities that are there that you’d have no idea even existed until doing these things.

All these tips are genuinely things that I do every day that I can’t believe I wasn’t doing before and that you should be doing too if you’re looking for a position or an opportunity within the gender equality sphere.
