Bokashi composting in an apartment or flat

If you live in a small space but still want to grow your own vegetables while avoiding food scraps going in your rubbish bin, then bokashi composting may be for you. I can compost all my food scraps, tea bags, and baking paper in my small London flat and end up with nutrient-rich soil that I can use to grow my own vegetables in just about four weeks.
