TODAY'S RECIPE IS Christmas Fruit Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Milk 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Mix well & keep aside
One orange
Collect the juice
Orange juice 1/2 cup
Dry fruits 1/2 cup (kiwi,papaya,rock melon, red plums,pineapple,honey melon,red plums)
Tutti frutti 1/4 cup
Cheery 2 tbsp
Black raisin 2 tbsp
Mixed nuts 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
Honey 2 tbsp
Rest for 10 mins
All purpose flour 1 cup
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Melted butter 1/4 cup
Prepared butter milk
8 inch greased mould
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mims on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame for 35-45 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c
For 35-45 mins
Powder sugar

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
