Hey new Tekken players, this video is about Hwoarang and how we generally counter him in the lower ranks. Hwoarang might be the most powerful character IF you don’t know the matchup, which is why I think he get’s a lot of complaints of being OP, so he’s definitely a character worth taking the time to learn.
