Future fresh PH sells fresh mushrooms which are grown right in the very heart of Makati city! Currently in a small space they are able to grow 6 different varieties of mushrooms but eventually they want to expand operations to grow more eventually. A lot of people don't know the health benefits of mushrooms in terms of protein, fiber, vitamin d, anti cancer, brain enhancement and much much more! Mushrooms has been a huge part of my diet ever since I went plant based and I just love all the varieties you can get. I take mushrooms daily in my breakfast oatmeal in a powder and I can't wait for other people to try them out!
