I use it for Monstera, Syngonium, Pothos and other indoor plants, but thanks to the slim design and low heat emission you can also use it for growing vegetables or plants indoors in a greenhouse/ grow tent or plant shelf. The Spider Farmer SF600 Grow Light uses 384 OSRAM diodes and consumes only 72 watts, which consumes less energy and saves on electricity bills than fluorescent T5 bulbs. It has a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours and it's super easy to install, just fit into a socket.Probably the strongest and best grow light I have used so far.
