How to make a Gimlet - Cocktail Recipe

First created to help prevent scurvy on English Naval ships as officers weren't taking their rations of lime for it's vitamin C. This recipe calls for fresh lime juice - there are many references in cocktail books that call for Rose's Lime Juice as an alternative (such as The Bartender's Bible by Gary Regan http://amzn.to/1M8ojk9)

INGREDIENTS
* 60mL Aviation Gin (http://bit.ly/1Le7bJm)
* 20-30mL Fresh Lime Juice
* 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)

DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a Boston glass with ice
2. Add the Aviation Gin, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup
3. Shake and stain into a chilled coupe glass
