this is an issue for Rex big time, he is also showing the landlord was also being deceptive, in violation of zoning, you have Rex claiming its residential, deprevation of housing etc and the landlord in a letter stating rex was renting an office ... so which is it?

constructive housing is made by the property owner/landlord NOT code enforcement.

so the landlord stated Rex is an office tenant, which means rex can not covert it into anything but an office, he can not use it for anything else but an office, so if he was living in it thats a code violation, if he was living in the RV thats a code violation, it also shows he was not deprived of housing or a stable home.
the property is listed as commerical not resdential which puts the owner in violation of zoning laws.
