Phantom Premonition is the Kaldheim precon commanded by Ranar, the Ever-Watchful. It's main focus is on the new foretell mechanic from Kaldheim, but Ranar is also good at making cheap flying spirits, so this upgraded precon deck is focusing on that as well as some infinite Ranar combos that we can easily afford to boost this deck's power level!
