This is a presentation about the Winlink application RMS Express to help new users install the software, acquire a Winlink Email address, and learn to send Email messages using the Winmor and packet protocols. Many of the features of RMS Express are not discussed to keep this video simpler for new users. This presentation was originally prepared for the Brandon Amateur Radio Society (BARS) in Brandon, Florida.
