Discipline doesn't work. Here's what to do instead.

Something a lil different this week - talking about how discipline isn't the answer. Traditional discipline (the ability to control one's feelings and overcome one's weaknesses) is one of those traits that it feels like 'if we just had some more of it... imagine what we'd accomplish.' - over time I've learned that discipline isn't the answer. In this video I share what you can work on instead of discipline to build better habits, routines and lives.
