-2pcs carrots chopped into chunky cubes
-2pc medium size potato chopped into chunky cubes
-2pc red bell pepper chopped
-6pcs red hot dogs sliced
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-300g pork liver sliced (marinated with 1/2-1Tbsp soy sauce and ground black pepper)
-2pcs onions chopped
-1head garlic chopped
-2Tbsp tomato paste
-1Kilo pork pigue
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-1Tbsp soy sauce
-2Tbsp oyster sauce
-70g grated cheese
-2Tbsp light brown sugar
-250g tomato sauce
-2pcs dried bay leaves
