During initial climb after a touch and go we noticed reduced performance. We realized that the flap selector switch was accidentally set to a position between UP and T/O. This ‘undefined’ setting leads to the flaps not moving at all, in this case leaving them fully extended. We reproduced this behavior several times on the ground.
Also, note that at one point during transit the flap selector switch is set to UP, the indicator light shows T/O while the flaps are fully extended.
