Overview of working principle:
KCB gear oil pump transports oil from the inlet to the outlet of the pump through rotating gears, and uses the suction and discharge effects generated by gear meshing to drive the flow of liquid.

Detailed working process:
Suction process:

When the pump is started, the motor or other driving device drives the gears in the pump body to rotate.
The rotation of the gear increases the gap in the pump cavity, and the oil is sucked into the pump cavity from the suction port of the pump.
At this time, due to the gap generated when the gears mesh, the oil is sucked into the tooth groove of the gear, and due to the seal between the gear and the pump housing, the oil will not leak.
Delivery process:

The rotation of the gears causes the oil to be "caught" in the gap between the gears, and then pushed to the discharge port of the pump as the gears rotate.
As the gears continue to rotate, new oil is sucked in, and the oil that was originally "entrained" is pushed to the pump outlet.
Discharge process:

The gears continue to rotate, and the oil originally captured in the gear teeth is pushed out, and the oil flows out of the pump body through the discharge port and enters the target system (such as mechanical equipment, lubrication system, etc.).
The pressure in the pump chamber is continuously enhanced by the meshing action of the gears, ensuring that the oil is output stably at a higher pressure.
Circulation process:

This process is continuously circulated, and the rotation of the gears keeps the oil sucked, transported and discharged.
