Locking an outboard to a boat

In this video I show a quick tip on how I use a padlock to secure and outboard to the transom of a boat. For additional security you can also chain an outboard to a cross member in the hull, but this method is simple and quick and provides reasonable protection against theft and loss through the clamps vibrating lose.
