Hey guys, Liam from Killer Ink here and today we’re going to be taking a look at this power supply from Musotoku.

The Musotoku is an easy-to-operate power supply with a high output and a NITRO mode for some extra power.

So let’s take a closer look…

The Musotoku power supply has a high output of 5A, which will give you a clean and stable current. This means that your tattoo machines will run without any fluctuations and the power supply will stay cool even if ran for long periods.

The voltage can be adjusted from 2 to 16 volts in 0.1V steps via this dial here, letting you control the hit of your machine with precision.

The voltage will then be shown via this high-contrast OLED display on the front of the power supply.

If you need a bit of extra power to start your machine up, you can just turn on the NITRO function. This will give you an extra boost for the first 0.5 seconds, so you can start even the heaviest motors or machines running on a low voltage.

You don’t have to worry about problems with your machine or cables, as the Musotoku has three overcurrent protection systems. These will protect your machines and extend their lifetime.

As you can tell by the design, the Musotoku power supply is very easy to operate. You can change the voltage or store and access your preferred settings all with a single button. It also has memory for up to four presets.

The Musotoku offers three modes: standard, one click, and maintained. You can either hold your pedal down to keep your machine running… use the pedal with the ON/OFF mode… or go without a pedal at all with the maintained mode, which lets you turn your machine on or off via the power supply.

This power supply also has a special electronic sensor that filters out any micro-interruptions, keeping your machine running smoothly even if the contacts on your foot switch are a bit rusty or dirty.

The Musotoku is made out of aircraft-grade aluminium and weighs only 169 grams. It comes with a protective travel case, making it the perfect power supply for conventions and small work areas. The elasticated cord here keeps the power lead out of the way as well.

Musotoku also offers an arm clamp and magnetic stand that you can mount the power supply on, as well as a a GoPro attachment.

The Musotoku power supply and associated products are available to order from Killer Ink Tattoo via the link in the description below.
