Tepung Pelita
Makes 15

Pandan Layer:
50g rice flour
500ml pandan juice (blend 4 pandan leaves with 2 cups of water, or use pandan paste/extract)
40g sugar
A drop of green food colouring (optional but recommended)

Coconut Layer:
400ml coconut milk
35g rice flour
1/2 tsp salt

40g sugar, blended to a fine powder
15 banana or pandan leaf boxes (or a similar sized container)
