For my fourth stream, I tackle the 'REST Countries API with color theme switcher' challenge from FrontendMentor.io (https://www.frontendmentor.io/challen...)

Using #astro #javascript and #tailwindcss I attempt to reimplement the home page design.

We spend a bunch of time fetching the data from the API and implementing the searching and filtering logic, but also get hung up on some pretty annoying issues like Astro not wanting to display data.

In Part 2, we'll look at building out the dynamically generated individual country pages.
