Railfanning in Burbank - Amtrak Dash 8's, BNSF on Metrolink, & More!

Earlier this week, I went up to the LA Area to attend the unveiling of Metrolink's new EMD F125 Tier 4 locomotive. After staying around Union Station for a while, I hopped on a Metrolink and went up to try out a new location being Downtown Burbank. I stayed here for most of the day, catching some good Amtrak and Metrolink passenger train action. Lots of horn at this station, with all of the trains honking for the 2 pedestrian crossings at the north and south end of the station. First time being here, and I'll be back!

Within a few minutes of arriving, the first train of the day was Amtrak Coast Starlight #14 with Amtrak Dash 8 #503 trailing, a nice surprise indeed! Also saw the normal Metrolink action, with some BNSF units as well, a once uncommon sight along this section of track in Southern California! Train info all included in the video.
