LIMONCELLO SPRITZ

2 oz/60 ml Limoncello
1 oz/30 ml Sparkling Water
3 oz/90 ml Sparkling Wine

Method

1. Place Ice in glass of choice.
2. Build in order of ingredients.
3. Garnish with 3 Lime Wheels and a sprig of Mint.
