Challenge details / rules:
Start with all same-culture cities with direct borders with each other in a single kingdom.
Start with a maximum of 2000 gold.
Turn on 'Old Grudges' modifier.
Use Normal or Hardcore difficulty.
Do NOT join as a vassal or as an allied free city to any kingdom / alliance under any circumstances! You may create your own alliance or subjugate cities that become independent.
