Please try to clean the dust by following the steps below if there are black spots show in the screen.

Step 1: Tear off the label
Step 2: Remove the black cover
Step 3: Adjust the "keystone" allows for easy wiping.
Step 4: Wipe the dust with cotton swab according to the corresponding black spot position. (Please wiped all the 5 sides shown at the end of the video）
Step 5: Use a hair dryer on the uncovered area for a few minutes

Warm prompt:
This Problem is caused by dust entering the inside of the projector.

When the equipment is running, the fan inside the fuselage will continuously inhale the air from the outside to form a cycle to reduce the heat of the product during operation.

Therefore, dust particles in the air will be inhaled when the device is running. After the dust on the lens accumulates to a certain extent, the projected image will appear black spots.
