10 oz. Penne pasta
¼ cup oil
1 red onion
10 oz. carrots
1 red pepper
2 cups broccoli florets
1 zucchini
1 squash
½ cup pasta water
1 cup grape tomatoes
3-4 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
1 lemon
1 cup parmesan reggiano
