INGREDIENTS :
1/4 kg Tamarind boil well in pan little water
Keep it separate to cool

Puliyogre powder Dry roast no oil

2 tsp kadlebele
1 tsp uddinabele
1 tsp Menthya
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Sasave
4 tsp Dhaniya
2 1/2 tsp jeerige
Karibevu
Darbi Byadgi 15
Let it cool to grind add little ingu

White poppy seeds to dry roast ಎಳ್ಳು 1 small cup
Dry coconut dry roast 1 plate ( 1/2 ಹೋಲೂ )add little karibevu and little turmeric

Gojju

Rinse that cooled Tamarind add little water ಕಿವುಚಿ
Put this in pan to boil
Salt Rock 2 tsp
Jagerry 50grms
Turmeric
Ingu
Boil well
Add groundnut oil
Boil
Let it cool


Bili yellu also grind

Vagarne
Pan
Groundnut oil
1/2 tsp sasave
1 tsp kadlebele
1/2 tsp uddinabele
Groundnut 1 cup small
Cashew optional
1/4 tsp jeerige
Red chillies 4-5
Little karibevu
Little turmeric
Ingu
Little salt
1/2 tsp sugar for shining
Off stove
Add 1 tsp puliyogre grinded powder
Add powdered bili yellu
Add dried coconut with karibevu
To this add rice as required
Add 1 1/2 savtu Gojju
Garnish with kottambari Soppu
