Pozdrav dragi moji kako nam se blize praznici tako sam odlucila da danas pripremim jednu divnu svecanu Slavsku pogacu koja moze krasiti nase trpeze. Jako je lagana za rad da je moze svako napraviti a dobice predivnu pogacu. Nadam se da ce vam se dopasti i da ce krasiti i vasu trpezu, puno vas pozdravalja vasa Aurora!!

Potrebne namirnice za svecanu puter pogacu:
▶250 ml mlakog mleka
▶10 gr suvog kvasca
▶1 kasicica secera
▶1 jaje
▶2 belanca
▶4 kasike ulja
▶3 kasike kiselog mleka
▶1 kasika sirca
▶600 650 gr brasna
▶1 1/2 kasicica soli
▶150 gr putera
