This video demonstrates the techniques required to create lithophanes, we cover the best way to create a 3D model from an image and how to prepare the model for good results. We then calculate 3D roughing and finishing toolpaths, finally we demonstrate a useful method to determine the quality of the image on your lithophane before cutting it.
