Hey everyone! In today's video, I'm taking you along for a Scottish hammer throw training session. I'm really focusing on some key technical goals right now to improve my throws.
Specifically, we'll be looking at how I'm trying to set a higher initial orbit with the hammer – getting that ball up high to maximize my throwing arc. I'm also putting a lot of effort into increasing the speed of my winds. The faster I can get the hammer moving before I turn, the more power I'll generate!
