Emove Cruiser S commute home, little to no commentary due to gnats and a serious mood altering wreck

Saturday public transit can be unreliable, to use the friendliest words I can muster, so I decided to scooter to my next train so I didn't waste another hour and forty minutes waiting on trains. I had a schedule that had to be kept or it all went off sync.

High speeds for modern day scooters on open roads or wide straight paths is great and all but we all have a tendency to ride them full throttle on every path. I know I do. Well, this time it got me into some trouble, as you will find out well before halfway. Now that it's been a few days, I now know that I have more than the scraped elbow that appears in the video.

Handlebar mounted camera mount is bent, though it is metal and I can't see how it's bent or how to unbend it. Plastic helmet camera mount shattered, thankfully the camera was not in it at the time. Possible left shoulder separation though only grade 1, if anything, so therapy should fix that. I know concussions and I hit the cement pretty hard so I know a mild concussion when I feel it. There's a hefty scrape in the helmet where I dove into the concrete, slightly burning my left eyebrow off a little, so I imagine my eyeball was millimeters from the concrete (THANK YOU HELMET) and that same concrete slab ground through my denim shorts and scraped my work belt pretty good, grinding my flesh just above my left hip in the process. I tacked all that onto the end of the video.

While my recent commute video going to work that I uploaded has me talking pretty much the ENTIRE time, this one has very little commentary. At first, the gnats were bouncing off my face by the thousands so I spoke not at all. Then, after the wreck, I really had nothing to say; I was in pain and wondered how much blood I was dripping behind me as I went.

I caught my train though. :-P
