Hey all, in this one, we are looking at the newly revamped Raiju's Harness, which has a lot of new functionality and works very well as a super regenerating and passive exotic.

So, while this exotic has always looked cool, it has never been good. Let's not kid ourselves, but of the two Arc Hunter exotics that got reworked, this one came out better; rip Witch Queen helmet.

And yes, I know the current buzz in the community is roaming supers because of their uptime and in some cases, brokenness, but this build offers a kit with very good ability uptime and spamming supers.
