How To Blur & Change Background In WhatsApp Video Call

On WhatsApp, you can change the background or even blur it on the Samsung Galaxy S23. A few phones have this feature that you can blur and change the background while on a video call.

For instance, you can choose to add a photo as your background on the video call, or you can blur the entire background. This is only visible to you alone and the other party cannot see these changes.

To do so;
Launch WhatsApp
Make a video call on WhatsApp
While the video is ongoing, tap on the video icon on the right side of the screen
On the menu, tap on Background then select Blur to blur the background
You can select Image and choose an image to set as your background
