Pickled mustard green can use you as a side dish to eat with BBQ meat, fried fishes, fried chicken and also it taste good on its own. I like to make stir fry pickled mustard green with beef and also use it to make pickled mustard green pork rib soup. The sour taste make it taste so refreshing! =)

Ingredient and recipe

Mustard Green - 1/2kg or 500g

Salt Water
Water - 1L
Salt - 1 Tbsp or 30g

Important note to make crunchy pickled mustard green
First pre-boiled for 30 seconds
bring 3L of water to boil with no salt, when you see water is boiling make sure to TURN OFF THE HEAT and add the clean mustard green in and leave them in the pot 30 SECONDS ONLY

After 30 seconds, make sure to TAKE IT OUT RIGHT AWAY and put them in ICE COLD WATER to stop the cooking process
