The recipe is narrated in Marathi.

We are sisters Manda and Vanita age, 87 and 85 respectively while this video is taken in 2021 May. While the pandemic hit the whole country people got stuck at home. We decided to showcase our recipes through you tube though we do not have much equipment to shoot other than a mobile so the camera moves. However, we try our best to bring the recipes to you so you and also try whatever we are trying at home. We are keeping us occupied. This recipe is for a Chutney which could be eaten with a bit of oil or ghee with chapati or naan or which could also be used as a masala for vegetables, meat or fish. This is presumably done in Telangana and one of our sister Asha taught us the recipe who live in Hyderabad.

All healthy ingredients which go in and it becomes very flavorful because of the roasting and various ingredients.

1 Cup Flax seeds
1 Cup Chana Daal
1 Cup Urad Daal
1 Cup Indian Niger
1 Cup dry red chillies
1/2 cup dessicated dry coconut
lot of curry leaves
Dry Tamarind 3 inches or 1 spoon pulp
Asafoetida 1 spoon
Mustard 2 spoons
2 spoon Coriander seeds
2 spoon Cumin Seeds
Oil

Put some oil, make a tadka with mustard seeds, Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, Currey leaves, Dried Chillies and add all above Daals, one by one and roast as shown in the video. Once the chillies and curry leaves become crispy turn off the heat. Cool down and grind to chutney powder.
