All ingredients

1. Beef 1.5Kg
2. Salt,
3. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
4. Garam masala 1.5 tsp
5. Pepper powder 1.5 tsp
6. Coconut oil 2-3 tbsp
7. Cloves 5-6
8. Cardamom 5-6
9. Some cinnamon stick
10. Fennel seeds 1 tsp
11. Crushed nutmeg 1/4 tsp
12. Curry leaves
13. Crushed ginger 1 Tbsp
14. Crushed garlic 1 Tbsp
15. Medium size sliced onions 4
16. Sliced shallots 150 gram
17. Chilli powder 1tsp
18. Green chilies 8-10
19. Coriander powder 5 Tbsp
20. 2nt extracted coconut milk 1.5 litter (which is taken from 1 big coconut)
21. First extracted coconut milk 2 cups (almost 500ml)
22. Lime juice 1 tbsp
23. Cashunut paste 2 tbsp (optional)

For preparing masala Take cardamom 3-4, cloves 3-4, some cinnamon stick, and 1/2 tsp fennel seeds grind everything together then keep aside from this, we have to add in the end.

For seasoning
1. Coconut oil
2. Mustards
3. Shallots,
4. Curry leaves
5. Some dried red chili












Boil 1.5 kg of beef by adding enough salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala and 1/2 tsp pepper powder then slice the meat as thin.
Heat 2-3 tbsp of coconut oil then add cloves 5-6 cardamom 5-6, some cinnamon stick, fennel seeds 1 tsp, and Crushed nutmeg 1/4 tsp.
Add some curry leaves
Then add 1 Tbsp crushed ginger and 1 Tbsp crushed garlic saute until the raw smell disappears.
Add 4 medium size sliced onions then saute well by adding enough salt.
Add 150 gram sliced shallots then saute well Now add
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
And chili powder 1tsp Then saute well
Add sliced beef then and 8-10 green chilies mix well
Add some beef stock and mix so that the masala will be coated on the beef. then cover and cook for 10 minutes
Open and mix in between
Next, add coriander powder 5 Tbsp and mix well
once it did add 2nt extracted coconut milk 1.5 litter. which is taken from 1 big coconut, then mix well
(If the coconut milk is not enough you can add enough hot water or beef stock)
Check the salt add if needed and cover and cook until it's done
Mix in between check the water add if less
Now it's almost 30-35 minutes check whether it's done or not.
Now the meat is cooked the gravy consistency is perfect.
Next, we will prepare for seasoning.
Heat oil add mustards let it splutter then add shallots,
curry leaves, and some dried red chili, remove from stove
Now off the flame then add first extracted coconut milk 2 cups (almost 500ml), garam
masala 1.5 tsp, seasoning mix, lime juice 1 tbsp, and pepper powder 1/2 tsp
then mix well. Cover with a lid and keep it for 5 minutes.
(If you want you can add 2 tbsp cashew nut paste)
Beef Mappas Is Ready To Serve.
