Washington DC Adventure

Washington DC is a blend of power, culture, and beauty. Our first very quick stop through was in freezing cold rain, so we made sure to swing back through on our way back home. The video includes drive to/thru DC, as well as walk around the city.

Washington, DC, steeped in history, serves as the capital of the United States, housing iconic landmarks like the White House, Capitol Hill, and the National Mall. From Lincoln Memorial to Veterans Memorial it pays tribute to heroes and ideals.

Our favorite is the most mesmerizing area between Lincoln Memorial honoring Abraham Lincoln, over the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool to Washington Monument, the iconic obelisk honoring George Washington. Pictures do not do it justice, on the beauty and awe felt when seeing it in person.
