Ingredient
Medium Ripe mango - 3no large (350gm)
Kashmiri red chilly - 20no (150g)
Garlic coves -15no (Indian )
Ginger - 1 1/2 inch (Indian)
Cumin seeds -1/2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds -2tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 2teaspoon
Sugar - 300gm
Goan coconut vinegar - 200ml
Curry leaves - 2tablespoon
Salt - 2tablespoon
Veg Oil - 4tablespoon

Method
1st make the paste of chilly ,sugar,cumin , turmeric ,vinegar no adding any water . Only blend with vinegar if required add more and keep it a side . Follow the video on step by step on how to make the sweet mango pickle .
