New York police recently recovered a large drone abandoned in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. A video shows an NYPD officer holding the drone, which appears to be more than five feet in diameter. The discovery followed an emailed tip, leading officers to the sidewalk where the drone was found. During the investigation, a bystander revealed they worked at Amogy, Inc., the company that manufactures the drone. Amogy's CEO, Seonghoon Woo, later confirmed the drone belonged to the company and had been left on the sidewalk after a company event about a month ago. This incident comes amid increasing reports of unidentified drone sightings along the East Coast and beyond.
