Want to see EXACTLY what I'm eating for those summer shreds? Check out my NEW Summer shredding diet meal by meal. I have changed pretty much everything over the last couple of months!
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
So in today's video, I take you through a typical full day of eating for me at the moment. Currently, I'm consuming 2600 calories per day 5-6 days per week and then 1-2 days per week, I'm more lax on my diet. Overall, this balances out at around my maintenance calories which is approx 2800 calories.

I'm happy with this balance for now but as you'll see in the video, I speak about possibly changing things up and maingaining at a heavier bodyweight. I haven't bulked up in a no. of years so it would be interesting!

Nevertheless, you'll see I still include plenty of low calorie, high protein, high volume foods in my diet because my appetite is far from small. But seeing as calories aren't super low, there are some more calorie dense options in there too, specifically foods like dark chocolate and peanut butter which provide some healthy fats.

But no matter what your current diet is, you'll be able to take something from this video - whether it's a full meal, a low calorie sauce or something else.
