👩‍🍳Slaw Recipe - (Add ingredients and mix)

1 cup shredded green cabbage

1 cup shredded red cabbage

½ cup chopped Cilantro

1 Tbs Olive oil

1 lime - squeeze into slaw and mix

Avocado Sauce

(Add these ingredients and mix fine in a blender)

2 Avocados

¾ cup cottage cheese

3 Tbs Avocado oil

1 lime

½ cup Parsley

1 tsp Cumin

Seasoning for the Fish

2 Tbs Olive oil

2 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

1 Tbs chili powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground pepper

(Mix the dry seasonings in a bowl)

⚠️Spread the Walleye on a black stone, drizzle the olive oil on top and sprinkle seasoning on top. If you prefer you can cook the fish on a sheet pan in the oven at 425 for about 12 -14 minutes till cooked through.

⚠️Warm your soft-shell taco shells on the black stone. Spread with Avocado sauce, scoop slaw and put you fish on top. Scoop additional Avocado sauce on top, add chopped cilantro and top with lime slice and serve.
