Homemade Samosa patti!

Homemade samosa patti are so economic and easy. Make once in ramadan, freeze and use when needed whole month. All kind of samosa and rolls can be prepare with this samosa patti.This is very easy method. Just follow recipe carefully and prepare samosa patti in your desired size.

Ingredients:
½ kg flour
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp ghee
water for kneed

Method:
Add flour in a bowl, add salt and ghee. Mix it and kneed it with small amount of water. Make a soft normal dough. Cover it and rest it for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, Uncover it and prepare small lemon size balls from the dough and later on roll them in small discs of same size.
Apply oil one by one and make the layers of 3 or 4 disces.
Assemble them in portions, 3 layers in each.
Dust some dry flour and roll them in a thin chapatiz with soft hands.
Roast on a hot tawa on low heat for seconds from both sides.
Peel them and separate all the layers softly.
For wiss rolls: Take 3 layes of same size and cut in 4 equal size in diamond shape.
For big samosa: Cut them in 2 equal halfs.
For bite size samosa: Cut into long strips.
Wrap all of them separately in cling film and freeze them for long run.

Tip:

Preserve left over pieces for pappri.
