How many hours a week do you spend on your phone? Now add the amount of time you spend doing work on a computer. That's a lot of screen time! In her talk, Annette White-Klososky discusses the negative effects this can have on our well-being and how to adopt digital awareness and personal responsibility to combat them. Annette is a sought-after consultant and executive coach in all facets of organizational culture and leadership development. She focuses on aligning the strategic direction of the organization with the strategic development of its people. Annette is a founding partner of Future Point of View.
