In this video, I get my first look at what Spruce, a 3-year-old Irish Sport horse, knows. She proves to be much more pushy and overconfident than expected. Spruce begins to learn about giving space and moving around her handler. We work on yielding the hind quarters, yielding the shoulders, and reading my body language/intentions.
