What is ASMR you may ask?

To give you a technical definition, ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response. It is the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin" and is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli.

Now that that's done with, let me introduce to the wonderful world of ASMR. ASMR videos are meant to provide the viewer, i.e. you, with a state of deep relaxation, calmness and serenity. Some people get "tingles" at the back of their head by these videos, which they describe as being extremely soothing and relaxing. Certain pleasing sounds and imagery, such as walking on crunchy leaves, gentle whispering, tapping, scratching various surfaces, typing, crinkling, humming, sloshing water etc are used to achieve the calming effect. It is the perfect tool to help you unwind, de-stress, relieve anxiety, and help you sleep more soundly. It's akin to meditating.

Is ASMR for you?

ASMR is for everyone. If you're someone who would like to sleep better, relieve stress and anxiety, unwind after a hectic day, or simply relax and enjoy ambient sounds, then you should definitely give it a try!

So I know this isn't the best water crumble video ever, I'm still trying to figure the whole thing out so please bear with me! I don't really have a tub or container to properly shoot a video in, I tried to make it with this one and I knowwww it isn't that great, but I'll work something out!
