Tropical Dragon Fruit Mango Chia Pudding
Ingredients :
Dragon fruit( Pitaya) pulp - 1/4th cup
Chia seeds - 1/4th cup
Coconut milk/ or any milk of your choice - 1 cup
Honey/Maple syrup/Dates syrup - 1-2 tbsp to your sweetness.
Chopped mangoes

Chill the mixture till it thickens.
Layer with mangoes & enjoy
