It is mainly used to inspect visile impurities such as glass metal scraps fiber hair white powder and flakes etc.The filling volume ampoule from 1ml to 20ML.
It can also check wether there are shy top,carbide point,cusp,bubble head and micro pore on the ampoule bottles.
Working principle:
First use mechanical visual principle to inspect visible impurities such as power metal scraps etc in apoule bottles and check ahsy top,carbide point and liquid
level of ampoule bottles.The inspecited products are transferred to impurity inspect station by wheel and it
finishes ahsy top carbide point and bubble head inspection in the transfer process.
On the impurity inspection stations the product is braked static analyzes and compares these photos to judge wether impurities exist in the bottle and finished
liquid level inspection at the same time.
Then thoses products are transferred to micro pore and crack inspection stations by wheel. Apply high frequency high voltage to both ends of inspected products.
Judge wether micro pore and cracks exist on bottles ore not by comparing the microcurrent.After inspection the qualified products and rejects will be sepratedly
automatically.
