Sometimes, we go through life experiencing places and people and don't recognise the impact or value they have. Rather than appreciating the time spent in new places or with those dear to us, we chase after money, material things or the next big thing.

I've discovered some years ago how important quality time is for me. In fact, it's my primary love language. To me, spending time with my family and friends is a great way to fully experience life's gifts. All it takes is being fully present to the opportunity of creating new memories.

Today, I invite you to create your own treasure chest of memories by being fully present with those you love and deliberately creating treasured memories.
