London Motor Show 2008, what a great day out. Gregory Bear visits the London Motor Show 2008 to see the latest from the Society of Motor Manufacturers & Traders. Its the UK premier shop window for car launches and premiers of new models from the industry. There are 20 vehicles making a world debut at the show.

Electric cars battle it out as the UKs largest motor show turns green. It's the 2nd visit to ExCel for the London Motor show having made its debut at the new venue in 2006. The London Motor Show is a Biennial event which has not exhibited since 2008 while the next show is planned for 2021 at Farnborough international conference centre. It promises to deliver an all new dynamic format.
