Pt 1 of the Monogram 1/8th scale "65" Corvette Sting Ray build series.

This video features the painting of the body of the Sting Ray and I chose an original factory color of Marina Blue. I spryed on the color and then topped it off with a coat of clear using real automotive based paints.

Up next I assembled the front and rear suspension of the chassis and mounted the wheels and tires. A quick test fit of the body on the chassis with the interior bucket in place and everything looks good so far.

Tune in for the next video where I will cover building the engine and installing it in the chassis and also I'll be working in the LED's for the lighting of the model.
