Front of the hip tightness can actually be a signal of muscle weakness. Stretching a weakened muscle may actually make irritation worse ⚠️

Strengthening can be helpful in reducing both pain and tightness 😇

Here are two options- the first is if you deal with high levels of pain. The second is one way to increase difficulty 👏🏼

It’s important to reduce front of the hip tightness to make walking easier ✅

Modify as needed. Repetition ranges are purely suggestions. This exercise should not increase pain- so if it does modify accordingly. ⚠️
