can I use TOCA BOCA WORLD to character create and world build??? CHALLENGE PT 1

I saw my sister playing this game on her tablet so i downloaded it…but when I played it…I HAD A IDEA! THUS this monstrosity. :D even though i made it unnecessarily complicated i had A LOT of fun! Totally give this a try if you’re having an art block, need some help with world/character building, or just want to do something fun!
